Accessibility Statement

We want CoffeeMode to be usable by everyone, including people using keyboards, screen readers, magnification or reduced motion. This statement describes where we are today.
1. Our commitment
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA for the public parts of CoffeeMode — the homepage, Explore, opportunity pages, category pages and these policy pages — and to hold account and submission flows to the same standard as we iterate.
2. Keyboard navigation
Interactive controls are reachable and operable with a keyboard, focus order follows the visual order, and focus styles are visible. Dialogs trap focus while open and return focus when closed.
3. Screen reader support
Pages use semantic headings and landmarks, form fields have labels, buttons have accessible names, icon-only controls carry text alternatives, and images have alt text.
4. Contrast and text scaling
Body text and interface colors are chosen for adequate contrast against their backgrounds, and layouts are built with relative units so browser zoom and larger text settings do not clip content.
5. Known limitations
- Some longer data tables in the administrative area require horizontal scrolling on small screens.
- Content supplied by third-party providers — including external application forms — is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
- A small number of complex filter controls are still being reviewed for screen-reader announcement quality.
6. Reporting an accessibility issue
Email accessibility@coffeemodes.com with the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you were using. We aim to respond within five business days and will offer an alternative way to complete the task while we fix the issue.
7. Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is reviewed as part of our normal design and release work, and this statement is updated as issues are resolved.
